A lot of people had told me the starter was the issue, but Chris showed up and realized it was just a dead battery. He got me started up, made sure I had a good charge, and even discussed a few other issues I'd been having with me. You can tell that he is a genuine, honest, and very knowledgeable mechanic. Rafael was on time and very efficient. His notes were very detailed. I scheduled the service on garbage day (oops) and I don’t have a driveway but he made it work even moving trash cans so. I will definitely book with him again!
