Before beginning work he asked for the symptoms that led to me asking the repair, and asked if I had any additional concerns about the vehicle he could inspect while performing service. He did an excellent job of diagnosing issues, and provided a quote and evidence for future repairs needed without pressuring. He even took the time after the job was completed to discuss his experiences with YourMechanic as a service. Couldn't be happier.

Chris was amazing. I tried to do the job myself after the dealer wanted over $500 to just replace the door handle, and after 2 hours decided to put everything back together and get a pro involved. Chris had it done in 30 minutes! Showed up early and left before the scheduled appointment would have happened. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.
