Great experience. Buying a preowned car from a dealer, I wanted to ensure it was well inspected. Ruben did a great job of communicating with me the condition of the car. The owner of the dealer found him to be pleasant. As I was not able to be present, I felt the inspection was in good hands. He was very thorough.

I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David. David is the fifth service person I've dealt with through YourMechanic, each one excellent--personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rubynelle Thyne
