He was running late because of a previous appt, but he called ahead of time and let me know exactly when to expect him. Friendly and professional!

Andrew arrived promptly, got to work right away, have me an estimate of time required and finished a little earlier than anticipated, did a quick test drive and left me feeling better about this repair experience than any other I have recently had. No surprised, I paid what I expected to pay and was pleased with his comments about future car of my vehicle. Kevin was everything I hoped for in a mechanic. He was friendly, polite, informative, and most importantly did not treat me as incapable of comprehending because I am a woman. This is extremely important to me, so I thank you for the great customer service. He spent a good while with my Kia and was very clear in his explanation of what was happening and what needs attention. While he did not resolve my main issue, he asked me to track it and provide him with more information if I could. I look forward to seeing him next week.
