2009 Kia Rio 10,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris did a great job in thoroughly inspection my car for why it wouldn't stay started. He was early, just in case he would need extra time to resolve anything unusual. As it turned out, my car battery was also dead, but he had a charger. Really nice experience.

Andrew was great. There were a couple of hiccups with the schedule - cell service went down and it was raining - but we got that worked out and Andrew was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. I have to wait on a part but that's not his fault. I am very pleased with his service. I also want to mention that Manuel at the call in number also provided excellent customer service.
