2018 Kia Rio 116,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Chris did a great job in thoroughly inspection my car for why it wouldn't stay started. He was early, just in case he would need extra time to resolve anything unusual. As it turned out, my car battery was also dead, but he had a charger. Really nice experience.

Nicholas diagnosed the problem with our car quickly, fixed the wiring that was damaged, and saved us the cost of a new alternator. He explained to me very clearly what was wrong and how he would attempt to fix the problem. He was able to fix what was wrong. Like most people with limited mechanical knowledge, I take my car to a shop to have my cars worked on by a professional. This experience with Your Mechanic, and Nicholas, showed me that one does not need to go to a shop to have great service. Nicholas did an excellent job and I will be requesting him again should I need a mechanic in the future.

If I could give Keith 10 Stars I would. He was very professional and made sure I was informed about everything that was going on with my vehicle . Keith went out of his way to make sure my car was completed when he said it would be! I wish there was more mechanics in this world like him!! He did a great job on my vehicle. I will definitely be requesting him again.
