2012 Kia Optima 78,700 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Robert was wonderful to work with! I needed my timing and serpentine belts replaced on my 2007 Kia Optima v6. My appointment window was 12:30-1, Robert called me around 12:30 to let me know he would be closer to 1. He arrived and was very warm and kind, he asked me if there's anything else I wanted him to take a look at. I kept checking in on him every hour or so and he would update me on what he was doing (even though I'm basically car clueless). The whole process took around 4 hours, partly because he had to run to the store because he was sent the wrong part. Robert even helped me with some hanging plastic damage (cosmetic) that happened a few weeks prior due to running over a tire on the highway. The next day my car was driving super smoothly and I could tell she got the TLC she needed from Robert. Thanks again Robert!

Theodore was great, timely and efficient!

Johnathon was almost an hour late and I had no way of contacting him to see what the issue was. The number I had from a previous service a young woman answered and wanted to know why I was looking for him. I don't want to be involved in anything like that. I needed it fixed to pick up someone at the airport that evening and to drive myself to the hospital in the morning for a procedure so it was important that it be fixed that evening. He was nice as always and did a good job as always!
