2017 Kia Forte 71,200 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Initially booked appointment thinking alternator needed to be replaced, however it did not. Jason completed full inspection and noted only A/C freon needed. Vehicle will be garaged for summer, so I can wait on repair. Jason was knowledgeable and was able to detect troubleshoot issue quickly.

Was a great experience. Chriss texted me lil ahead of time of appointment , which was appreciated because I almost fell back asleep *(lol)* also in my response message was about why he's hear as a heads up, was New Battery is probably the issue , my worst thought would of been if was a starter problem. We talked noticed his back of his phone was similar to mine and turns out yr years new phone then mine, but cool to see another Glxy member. XD Then i noticed it may rain soon. Told Chriss it has been a awhile since oil change has happened. I was told he needed to get some supplies and return and start. but over all.. Sorry Honestly this is the most i've typed ...Great Job done mane ;p

Phillip was going to be a little late due to traffic (totally understandable, it's Orlando at rush hour) but he kept me updated on his ETA the whole way! Super friendly and comfortable to chat with when going over what needed to get done. He even finished the job 15 minutes earlier than the estimated quote! And when I came back outside when he was all done, he went through everything he did, as well as any recommendations of what I may need to get done in the future. Highly recommend Phillip!
