Dan was prompt, friendly and professional. Before beginning work he asked for the symptoms that led to me asking the repair, and asked if I had any additional concerns about the vehicle he could inspect while performing service. He did an excellent job of diagnosing issues, and provided a quote and evidence for future repairs needed without pressuring. He even took the time after the job was completed to discuss his experiences with YourMechanic as a service. Couldn't be happier.

Johnathon was almost an hour late and I had no way of contacting him to see what the issue was. The number I had from a previous service a young woman answered and wanted to know why I was looking for him. I don't want to be involved in anything like that. I needed it fixed to pick up someone at the airport that evening and to drive myself to the hospital in the morning for a procedure so it was important that it be fixed that evening. He was nice as always and did a good job as always!
