We absolutely and highly recommend John, he was able to locate and diagnose my Jeep’s tweeting sound which made me wonder what’s a bird doing underneath my Jeep. 😀.For sometime the tweeting sound worried me and the dealership said it just needs oiling on the bolts but I know something must be wrong .He is knowledgeable competent and knows his craft..He answered our questions without making us feel that we are taking most of his time in other words he is patient. Now I have a mechanic whom I could trust , bye dealership.
