Alfred is my Jeep Hero!!! He was in contact with me, through texts & email, from the minute I scheduled my appointment till the job was done! He showed up & immediately got to it. He asked me a few questions & never made me feel like an idiot. He confirmed the problem & then fixed it! He answered a million random questions I had. When he was done he left me with instructions on what to expect & gave me solutions & advice about future car service needs. He completed the whole thing in exactly the quoted time! I am so happy with this service & especially with "My Mechanic" Alfred! I am about to schedule a couple other services with him in the coming weeks.
