He was professional, arrived on time and got the job done. It was really convenient to have him come out and replace my starter, since I couldn't get it to a shop without an additional towing cost. I was really impressed with the report that he wrote up about the car as well. He was also able to identify a few other potential issues that I would have never known about otherwise.
