2007 Jeep Commander 75,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Theordore is a great mechanic. I have a 2007 Commander that is beginning to have issues after 120,000 miles. I live in a big city and dont have a trustworthy mechanic. After googling issues, I thought I only needed a serpentine belt, so I made the appointment for that and it turned out to be a whole new alternator. Every time he found an issue, he would explain what was going on and also show me, or try to get me to listen to the issue, in order to assure me he was being honest. On the flip side, there were parts I thought might be bad, and he would let me know they were fine. He was honest about how much life I could get out of parts before needing to replace them, instead of attempting to upsell or get me to replace things. When it was time to talk money on parts, he showed me line by line the part and how much that costs, and then how much everything would be upfront. I am on a major budget and I felt like he was trustworthy and was only trying to get me to do what I needed to do. He came out and had the alternator changed, along with an oil change in less than a couple of hours. Easy-breezy.

Brett is living proof of the value of experience. I mentioned another problem I had while he was here confirming the diagnosis that brought him here which was car not starting. I pointed out a slow oil leak on the garage floor - He noticed it immediately and posted a second recommendation/estimate. This was a good way to do it because I scheduled to replace my starter first - and then later, when I get paid again, I can replace the oil gasket. So he's thoughtful as well experienced. Oh, and super fast. He had that starter changed, in like, 15-20 mins. I kept him a little longer because I always have questions. and he answered them. thanx Brett.
