Very pleased with Henry's work on my MX-5 Miata. He called in advance to let me know of the delay in getting the supplies and was still able to complete his work on time. Henry answered all my questions as he worked on the car. Afterwards, he cleared all his tools and cleaned up. It was my first experience and a great one.

John was pleasant, efficient, and explained everything he was doing and why in terms a non-mechanic like myself understood. When he was delayed at his previous appointment to min e he made sure he notified me in plenty of time and kept me updated on his arrival time.

Nathan was excellent at responding, very clear on quoting, and was kind when I about had a panic attack over how much my repair would cost. No fault of his whatsoever, I was off on my own hopeful budget...LOL! I have already submitted a request for the repair and look forward to the visit.
