2001 Infiniti QX4 75,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

This was my first time trying the site. Matt was on-time, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and got my seat back up manually. I will be scheduling the appointment to replace the faulty part in a couple of weeks. This site saves a lot of time from sitting in a shop!

It was a endure to have Alfred work on my vehicle. After customer service and parts totally screwed up my initial appointment on Friday by not informing either myself or the mechanic that they could not get all of the necessary parts for my repair, it went smoothly. He was extremely pleasant and efficient in replacing my serpentine belt and tensioner pully assembly which I had to scramble to locate at 5pm on a Thursday. He even went the extra mile and rescheduled the appointment and even got my bill lowered as well. Alfred we ds performance was off the chart in all aspects. I just wish customer service & parts were much better at communicating not just with the mechanic but me as a customer. Thank you Alfred on a job well done. Would be glad to have you work on my car in the future.

Pardeep was early to the appointment. Very friendly, knowledgeable about my car, and efficient. The incorrect part was ordered, and he was great about going to pick up the correct one. He was also patient about explaining the billing of "Your Mechanic" to me. Thanks Pardeep! I highly recommend Pardeep and will use him for my future mechanical needs!
