Ben was incredibly quick and professional. He spent no more than 20 minutes to figure out the cause of the problem, and arrived even earlier than expected. He was done even before the appointment had to start. I would spend much much more time and money with a regular mechanic. Highly recommend!

It was a endure to have Alfred work on my vehicle. After customer service and parts totally screwed up my initial appointment on Friday by not informing either myself or the mechanic that they could not get all of the necessary parts for my repair, it went smoothly. He was extremely pleasant and efficient in replacing my serpentine belt and tensioner pully assembly which I had to scramble to locate at 5pm on a Thursday. He even went the extra mile and rescheduled the appointment and even got my bill lowered as well. Alfred we ds performance was off the chart in all aspects. I just wish customer service & parts were much better at communicating not just with the mechanic but me as a customer. Thank you Alfred on a job well done. Would be glad to have you work on my car in the future.

Tinashe did a great job of explaining the root cause of the issue and corrections made to help for the future of the operations of the vehicle. He was very straight forward and explained the reason my battery went dead with photos and a review and recommendations for the vehicle. I will certainly keep him in mind for any future needs for my vehicle.
