Joe has already repaired my car twice. He has been super awesome both times. I have already recommended him to a few people at my office. I love the conveinence of having my car repaired while I am at work!

Jay called before he was do to arrive to let me know that he was on his way and what time he would be here. He arrived by the prearranged time. He was very courteous and replaced my battery promptly. Jay also let me know what additional work I should look into and when. He did not find anything that needed immediate attention. His advise seemed sound and he displayed knowledge and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend Yourmechanic and Jay in particular..

Josh put a new starter in. I thought I needed one but he first made sure that was really the problem, which was appreciated and honest). His work was quick, and quite well done, gave me the old part and showed where it had failed. Thanks Josh (sorry for not doing this rating much sooner !!)
