Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car. I was there over 2 hours! That's the last time I go there! I highly recommend Wrench/ Your Mechanic and you will be pleased when Alfred works on your car. Thanks again for the great service!

Nicholas was wonderful and executed service beautifully. He was very patient and really wanted to help. Nicholas took excellent care of me and I really appreciate that. I feel very comfortable having my car serviced by Nicholas. I didn't feel like he was trying to jip me or rig anything so I would have to come back soon. In the future I will definitely keep Nicholas in mind for further car services.
