Diego is such a nice guy. Very patient and understanding. The situation was that the tensioner mounting bolt snapped. Diego quickly assessed the situation and understood that the only way to fix it would be to replace everything. Given that I did not have the bolt readily available, or a securing nut, Diego offered to meet me at the auto store where he'd help me find the bolts and nuts needed to make the replacement. That is outstanding.

I needed a new power steering belt and wasn't sure if the pulley was also bad so I had initially added that to my order but when he arrived and did a diagnostic he recommended keeping the pulley already o the car. This saved me $50. He installed the belt quickly and then took the time to make sure it had the proper tension and wasn't squealing anymore. He gave good feedback and what to do to prevent this from happening again. My first experience went great and I am happy to recommend Travis and the company to anyone else who needs car repairs.

I was very happy with the service I received today. Everything that was being fixed, was explained to me first before the repairs were started. After finishing the repairs, Aurelio’s explained to me what he all fixed and took it for a test drive to make sure that everything was running the it was suppose to.
