Manuel took the time to go over and explain the work he did and what he came across during the inspection. With this being my first Hyundai, Manuel was very understanding and patient with ALL my questions and concerns as well as sharing his experience working on the same year/make/model as my vehicle which gave me comfort of knowing more about my car. Duane was a pleasure to work with! He arrived a few minutes early to explain to me the service that he will be providing and asked me a couple prescreening questions. Upon completion, he provided me information regarding my oil change date, and in regard to breaking in my new brakes. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and was EXTREMELY kind!
