Car wasn't starting right, wanted to make sure my diagnosis of a faulty starter was right. He came an hour early and was done in less than 30 min. Told me it really was my starter and no other components were bad. He did his part.

He showed up on time and fixed the car in a professional manner, on a Houston day which was extraordinarily cold to be working outside. He made other suggestions but did not try to hard sell me on other maintenance work.
