John was an incredible mechanic. He arrived early and finished the job in no time. He completed a test drive to ensure my problem was solved, and performed other checks to ensure that I was good to get back on the road! I will definitely be requesting him for my next job on my vehicle!

Nazareth was great. He took care of my immediate problem with my battery terminal replacement and did not try to sell me a new battery when it still wouldn't start, because he noticed that my current battery should still be under warranty and I might get it replaced at no cost if I went back to AAA. (I did & it was replaced free!) He and I agreed that I have not been taking super good care of my car, but he was never condescending or patronizing about it (both things I have experienced from mechanics in the past). He made straightforward recommendations for what I should get worked on next and answered all my questions knowledgeably. Made my day!
