Great guy. Even though the job took longer than expected, he still stayed over to get everything done and make sure the car ran well. Also threw in a couple other things my car needed at no extra charge.

He was amazing and was very understanding. He explained everything and was thorough about how he was going to do it. I definitely would recommend him, very trustworthy.

Jeffrey is a very attentive mechanic. He treated me with the utmost respect while also giving his full attention to learn what I was experiencing wrong with my car. And then implemented his diagnostic attention to my vehicle and from what I was witnessing he was very deliberate in spending the time needed in order to find what appeared to be the big problem causing my vehicle issue. Every time I get a mechanic that comes out from your mechanic with the level of customer service and knowledge that Jeffrey showed me. Always seems to make the appointment more of an enjoyable and peaceful time versus the time being a bad and painful time. Even when I would be getting told bad news it's been done in a way where it doesn't seem to be offencive but more like with the attitude of - okay I understand that is a big deal but thank you for letting me know. I would recommend Jeffrey as a mechanic to call upon 4 any type of vehicle related issue because he is just that focused on customer service and showing the customer an awesome time.
