2012 Hyundai Santa Fe 80,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Had to have my Hyundai Santa Fe towed home on Sunday, May 28. I was advised that the issue was the “starter” and it needed to be replaced. We only have one car and this is Memorial Day weekend so most garages were not open. So searched “mobile mechanics” and based on the reviews I chose Your Mechanic and was able to schedule an appointment next day on Memorial Day. I found the communication to be excellent and the cost to complete the work was also reasonable considering I didn’t have to get the vehicle to a garage another day. On day of scheduled appointment I received a reminder and updates that he was on his way and was also provided with a map showing me his location. When John arrived, he was friendly, courteous and professional! He also provided some additional quotes for other maintenance and services. I would recommend John and will request his service when booking again!

William diagnosed my starter & replaced it. He is very knowledgeable and very respectful. He knew what the issue was & fixed it immediately for me. He was on time for both appointments. I would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Jose as he is very knowledgeable about car issues. And more importantly he can be trusted with his diagnoses. He found that an issue I was given at an onsite garage was ok which saved me $700.00!! He found a couple of other things that I'm sure that same garage would have not have found. So need I say more-he's great!!
