Imagine my frustration when I come out of a store and my car is dead. I knew it couldn't be the battery as it was a year old, but never know I guess. I remembered that I used this service before and I went ahead and booked another appt. I was booked for 5:02 pm and the time was around 3p., waiting two hours is better than trying to get it towed and maybe looked at next week sometime. My assigned mechanic, Joe, actually showed up 45 mins before the appt and replaced my starter for me in about an hour. I got on my way home before 5:45! I was a happy customer. Thank you Joe, and hope you got home to enjoy your football game, because you deserve to relax. Thank you again.

once again excellent service and my car is running perfectly now after replacing the spark plugs. I now feel safe to drive again because my car was stalling at stoplights, vibrating and could not accelerate at all. Immediately after installing the spark plugs everything is working perfectly again! I had the car looked at by another repair shop who recommended that I spend $1800 on a new catalytic converter, when instead I only needed a $350 spark plugs replacement repair.
