2016 Hyundai Santa Fe 45,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Imagine my frustration when I come out of a store and my car is dead. I knew it couldn't be the battery as it was a year old, but never know I guess. I remembered that I used this service before and I went ahead and booked another appt. I was booked for 5:02 pm and the time was around 3p., waiting two hours is better than trying to get it towed and maybe looked at next week sometime. My assigned mechanic, Joe, actually showed up 45 mins before the appt and replaced my starter for me in about an hour. I got on my way home before 5:45! I was a happy customer. Thank you Joe, and hope you got home to enjoy your football game, because you deserve to relax. Thank you again.

Diego was on time, prepared, and thorough in his examination and diagnostic of my car. He explained the diagnostic results with me, and what might have to be done further due to some additional information. He completed the current correction and I had to schedule another appt. with him for further work and parts. He was very professional and friendly, and I trusted that he knew what he was doing.
