2009 Hyundai Santa Fe 141,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I was not able to get an apt with my regular mechanic so I did some internet searching and found this company. Like everyone these days I was skeptical and afraid to let a stranger come to my home, but when I was assigned a mechanic, who turned out to be Christopher, I noticed on the site that there were pictures/profiles of who would show up. Christopher came, thought maybe it was a starter or battery issue, and removed both, took them to Auto Zone to have them tested and found they were both good. I was afraid he was going to tell me he was puzzled and just leave, but he stayed and figured it out. There was some connection issues with the starter and voila! The car started. He was nice, kept in constant communication of what he was doing and I am happy with my service.

Joe was great! He was a couple hours late getting to me. But, he contacted me to let me know. And once he arrived, he was fantastic! Very polite and knowledgeable, and done very quickly. Will totally request him again!

Had to have my Hyundai Santa Fe towed home on Sunday, May 28. I was advised that the issue was the “starter” and it needed to be replaced. We only have one car and this is Memorial Day weekend so most garages were not open. So searched “mobile mechanics” and based on the reviews I chose Your Mechanic and was able to schedule an appointment next day on Memorial Day. I found the communication to be excellent and the cost to complete the work was also reasonable considering I didn’t have to get the vehicle to a garage another day. On day of scheduled appointment I received a reminder and updates that he was on his way and was also provided with a map showing me his location. When John arrived, he was friendly, courteous and professional! He also provided some additional quotes for other maintenance and services. I would recommend John and will request his service when booking again!
