Diego is such a nice guy. Very patient and understanding. The situation was that the tensioner mounting bolt snapped. Diego quickly assessed the situation and understood that the only way to fix it would be to replace everything. Given that I did not have the bolt readily available, or a securing nut, Diego offered to meet me at the auto store where he'd help me find the bolts and nuts needed to make the replacement. That is outstanding.

once again excellent service and my car is running perfectly now after replacing the spark plugs. I now feel safe to drive again because my car was stalling at stoplights, vibrating and could not accelerate at all. Immediately after installing the spark plugs everything is working perfectly again! I had the car looked at by another repair shop who recommended that I spend $1800 on a new catalytic converter, when instead I only needed a $350 spark plugs replacement repair. Travis saved me a ton of money and I highly recommend him.

Gustavo is excellent! He is very courteous and always shows up on time. He makes my huge stressful mysterious car problems feel like a piece of cake and the prices are very fair.
