Alfred showed up right on time. He confirmed the work I had requested and the payment option I had choosen. He was very nice and professional. Alfred was done with the tune up in 1 hour. He then told me that the system showed I needed 8 spark plugs but in reality, I only needed 4. He immediately processed a refund and save me almost $200! I am so happy with this company and my Mechanic. I will be scheduling another appointment for new brakes. I had spent 2 hours at the dealership that same morning having an oil change on my other car. Good guy. Quick and efficient

He seemed to be very thorough and paid attention to detail. Finished on time and seemed very honest with car condition. So many times people try to profiteer. It's good to see honest mechanics are still out there. I say this because of experience from growing up around a Master mechanic with his own business.
