However, I previously canceled within 24 hours an initially scheduled appointment with Paul because the appropriate car part was not delivered on time as the online auto parts business, Carparts.com told me it would be. Therefore YourMecanic charged me $15.00. Then the late delivery happened again several days before the date rescheduled date of repair. When rescheduling the appointment for a second time the YourMechanic Rep. was clear I would not be charged another $15.00. However an additional $15.00 charge has taken place. Please refund this additional $15.00 charge.
