Very professional and proficient, completes multiple common services (battery replacement, oil change, tire rotation) in quite short time. Very nice and honest -- when he wasn't able to replace a front door actuator, he put everything back and charged me nothing for this service. He answered all my questions and did everything he could to check a suspension issue for me, and gave me great advice, free of charge. Would 100% recommend Alfred.

It was a good experience overall. He was very upfront about the brakes. The only thing he could have done differently is for him to be upfront about the brake fluid needing flushing. He told me in writing that he recommended having it done and gave a quote but did not tell me verbally after the brake service.

Royal showed up before our schedule time. He was able to diagnose my car and tell me what was going on in a timely manner! Super professional I would definitely recommend!
