This was the fist time I used Your Mechanic. Personally I liked Chris. He was punctual, courteous, soft spoken, and competent. He was all business and went about his work steadily and finished ahead of schedule. I have not driven the car yet (had my struts changed) but assuming that the repair is fine, I would certainly consider using Your Mechanic again and will specifically ask for Chris.
