Joe showed up right on time; extremely early considering the drive he had to make and I was very appreciative of that. Extremely professional, and it was a tough/hot job. He was thorough with checking my car besides the initial issue and made it very easy to understand the remaining areas to improve. I will always request/recommend Joe for any future jobs as he is as professional/efficient as it gets.

Robert was just awesome, plain and simple. We took a leap to have a somewhat larger task done by YourMechanic in replacing our radiator. We'd never used the service before, but we were going to save $300, so we figured we should give it a shot. When Robert arrived he did a full inspection of our vehicle, and was able to indeed confirm where our radiator leak was, and showed us exactly where it was. He completed the work in the 2.5 hours originally communicated, didn't charge us for a new radiator cap because we didn't need one, and was very thorough in communicating the entire time. He also was able to find that we needed a Axle / CV Shaft Assembly Replacement, and told us what exactly we should expect if we leave it the way it was for another 6 months or year. In short it was great. We have found a new way to take care of our vehicles in the future.
