This is the first time I used Your Mechanic. Jeremy was great! He was polite, prompt and a top notch mechanic. He called in advance to see if he could come earlier than the scheduled appointment which worked out well. I appreciated that he honestly evaluated my brakes and said I did not need the brake work at this time. He was very neat, ordered and efficient in the other work he did--control arm and tie rods.... and did a great job! All of it at a better(fair) price than the garage mechanic that quoted me. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and anticipate using Your Mechanic again in the future.

The mechanic Salim came by and tried to install the part I ordered from an Ebay seller. As Salim tried, he told me that the part was missing a metal rod that should have came with the part I ordered. Fortunately, he had another one and was able to complete the repair. He was not able to use the part I have ordered, so I have to return it back the the seller for a refund. I am glad that Salim was still able to complete and fix the problem I had with my wife's car.
