Alfred arrived right on time for both appts. The first had to be rescheduled because of an error on the website that wrongly diagnosed the part that needed to be replaced. Alfred was courteous about the whole thing even though I had just wasted his time. We got a second appt. scheduled. Again, he was right on time -- a little early. He fixed my door lock, replacing the actuator. I'm very happy to recommend him.

Henry is an A+ mechanic. He was prompt, polite, respectful, clean, and very capable. Henry explained everything that he did and completed all repairs requested. I loved his old-school auto repair methodologies and work ethic. There was no cutting corners with this man. Highly recommended !!!
