My Honda Civic fan comes and goes for a while and I finally decided to fix it. So, I asked Theodore to give a quote when he did the oil change. The quote was much more reasonable comparing with what I got from another mechanic years ago. One reason that I postponed the fix was due to the high price quote I got previously. Theodore is very honest and super good. He came and prepared with both fan and control resistor. He started with replacing the fan first and it fixed the problem. So, the final cost was even lower, which is a pleasant surprise. He also replaced my AC filter when he noticed that my AC filter was very dirty. Theodore is very dependable and his deep knowledge helps car owners to avoid unnecessary replacements.

He was prompt for appointment. He was thorough checking my vehicle and looked for the more simple and obvious problems before trying to find out what was wrong without breaking the bank. He kept me informed with the process and let me know if a procedure would be more than I expected. He was very knowledgeable and I'll have him come back to perform maintenance on any of my vehicles.
