2011 Honda Civic 10,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

Not kidding. I called YouMechanic first to do a buyers check. Patrick met at the seller's home and did a quick, thorough review and called me with the results. I expected some paperwork, reporting on the auto, but instead they have an audio recording system. This is the only place I think I would recommend improvement in the YourMechanic system. Since I talked to Patrick and heard the report and was able to ask him questions, I got all my buyer's jitters allayed. The next time I contacted Patrick was for a radiator replacement. He showed up early and got right to the repair and it was done in no time. It still boggles my mind that a mechanic can do this kind of stuff in a non-shop environment. Since Patrick repaired our vehicle early, my husband was able to leave a day early for a cross-country trip (good test of the repair work!). Thanks Patrick!

This was my first time using yourMechanic. I like the idea of transparency in car repair. When you take your car 'to the shop' everything is behind closed doors. I am the type of person who likes to know and see what is going on. YourMechanic is great for someone like me because I can go out in my driveway and talk with the mechanic and see what he's doing. Lucas was particularly good at this. He is both technically knowledgeable (how to find and fix car problems) and is great at customer service (talking to me and explaining the process). I would definitely choose Lucas next time I need work done on my car! Thanks Lucas!

Joe showed up right on time; extremely early considering the drive he had to make and I was very appreciative of that. Extremely professional, and it was a tough/hot job. He was thorough with checking my car besides the initial issue and made it very easy to understand the remaining areas to improve. I will always request/recommend Joe for any future jobs as he is as professional/efficient as it gets.
