I am just blown away by how amazing my experience was. My A/C died on me (California heat - ouch!!) so I booked an appointment with "Your Mechanic" based on their excellent YELP reviews. My technician, Chris Allshouse, was beyond FANTASTIC! He showed up on time, prepared, was very polite & professional, and he knew exactly what he was doing. The best part was that he didn't try to soak me on the price. The estimate was spot on, and he even gave me a first time customer coupon. he did a quick & honest review of my car, and definitely went above & beyond my expectations. I never thought I would say this about an auto tech due to previous bad experiences, but Chris has integrity, and I'm very grateful. I am telling everyone at work, friends, family, etc. what a amazing experience this was. He even came to my work to fix my car, saving me a lot of stress. I will be using Your Mechanic again, thanks to Chris. Thank you again Chris - YOU ROCK!!!

Chris quickly replaced my car sensor at a fraction of the price that the dealership was quoting. He also made sure to show me what I might want to replace on my car in the future and why. Great job.

Leo is a man of his word. He may be late, due to circumstances, but he will show up and do the job right. Would definitely want Leo to work on my car again.
