Other shops will come to you after servicing your car and say it needs this costly repair or part, making it seem vital and adding hundreds of dollars to the bill. Stressful and makes you avoid going back just to avoid the surprise costs every time. Joseph is honest and has saved me several times from unnecessary maintenance.
