Patrick is on time or lets me know well in advance whether an earlier appointment is running over. He's polite and friendly and not too chatty, so I can trust that he will get the job done without me needing to check in or oversee anything. He's explained things to me and listened to my feedback/description of the problem, and I trust his explanations and recommendations. Andrew showed up on time, confirmed the issue with my starter, and had it replaced all in an hour. I had previously taken the car to a big name shop in the area to have them hold my car for 5 hours then look at it for 5 minutes and tell me there was no issue so this was greatly appreciated.
