I absolutely love the concept of the mechanic coming to my home and fixing my car ! No tow bill and actually knowing who's working on it. I love the updates with texts and emails and knowing when he's on his way. Michael did an awesome job of fixing my car, it seems to run even better than before I had the problem. He was very knowledgeable and nice, he answered all my questions very professionally. Always right on time and gets right to work. I also love the idea that "Your Mechanic" keeps track of all my maintenance and service records for me so I don't' have to. Raymond arrived for the scheduled appointment early and took care of my cars window problem in a fast and timely manner. He also had me look over the work after he was done to make sure I was happy and that everything was back to working order. Before he left he did a quick inspection of my cars overall health and advised me on a few other things that I may want to look into having serviced. Raymond was very friendly and helpful. I will be requesting Raymond for future services and recommending him to others.
