I just had a fantastic day, and that was because of John Connor. Been without my ride for a while, and now it is fixed and running well. I don't mind riding my bike, but it has been cold lately, so it's nice to have my truck back on the road. Thank you again, John. You made my day.

Brian has worked on my Tiguan and now my Dad’s Edge for routine maintenance. He is a great mechanic and wonderful person. I had a question about the Edge, and he gave me a detailed, easy to understand answer. I will definitely request him again in the future. We are very pleased!

Travis did a great job! The problem with my car was a bit mysterious and had completely stumped another mechanic we hired but Travis was determined to throw everything he had at it until he figured it out and fixed the problem. He's also honest. He bought a part for my car that turned out to be unnecessary and was very clear that he wouldn't be charging me for it. He spent 3 hours working on my car and only charged me for 1 1/2 hours labor. He never left or took a break the whole time he was working on my car. I will definitely be calling Travis the next time my old Ford breaks down!
