2018 Ford Transit-250 80,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

I tasked Lucas with a nightmare of a job. Changing the PCV on my 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid. He already knew that it was a 2.3L Duratec Engine similar to the ones that are in the Mazda 3. He also knew just how long the job would take. He did it all with ease, efficiency and a sense of humor. Thomas had to reschedule our visit due to illness. He apologized profusely and was prompt in contacting me to reschedule. Thomas is super friendly and pleasant to work with. He thoroughly cleaned my garage when he finished. Unfortunately replacing the master cylinder did not resolve my problem. That is no fault of YourMechanic or Thomas. I did not have them inspect the car prior to requesting a repair. Thomas did however give me some excellent advice on which components to replace next to resolve my problem.
