Chris did a bang up job on my 2003 Ford Taurus. It was only changing out the spark plugs due to engine misfiring, but he was quite knowledgeable on the condition of my car and I really appreciated him being thorough and explaining to me in depth the problem I was having, and their causes. I thought my pulley system needed to be replaced..However, Chris knew Right away that it wasn’t just my belt but my water pump needed to be replaced. He readjusted, went to grab the part and came back quickly to replace everything I needed. It took a lot less time than I originally thought it would and Chris is a rock star when it comes to sharing information on what he’s doing and why. I think that’s extremely important when you’re working with anything intricate. His honesty and quality of work are definitely reasons to keep booking him.
