2002 Ford Thunderbird 36,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

First time using your mechanic. I was skeptical at first due to I'm used to going to the shops but it's convenient when you're always working and don't have that time. A mechanic comes to you and you're one on one instead of siting in the waiting room trying to figure out what they're doing to your car. I'm a woman and trust me, it's not easy finding a trustworthy mechanic that'll show you exactly what's wrong with your car and explain why things are happening to it and doesn't treat you like you don't know anything because you're a woman. So far my rating is five stars for Kenneth, he has patience, knowledge and takes the time to explain what's wrong with your car and has no problems answering your car questions. Lucas was great. My parts supplier not so good. One of the strut assembly was the wrong size. Lucas could only install one and I have to reorder a replacement for the wrong size one. When I receive the replacement I hope to be able to schedule Lucas to install it. Hope there will not be a problem scheduling installation of just one part.

Excellent mechanic and an extremely nice person! If he was a Medical Doctor I would want him to operate on me! Arrived on time and was very thorough. YourMechanic is the best way to go.
