Chris was able to arrive early and get on with providing an excellent service and replaced the water pump by tackling the issues that an older well worn piece of equipment can create due to age. The old pump was difficult to extract but Chris used all his knowledge and patience to persevere and remove the old pump and then installed the new pump and cleanup like a true professional. The job is complete and my car is back to performing normal in that area of operation. Thank you Chris !

I had a excellent experience with Alex. He repaired a aftermarket cruise control unit on a 1997 Ford Escort that several other repair shop stated it could not be fixed!!! first mechanic your mechanic sent out didn't complete the job, and in fact left the right wheel in such a manor that it would have come off. after going back and forth with your mechanic, they demonstrated proper customer service by sending out james the next day, him agreeing to take on another job even though he was already scheduled. he came fully prepared to undo/redo/properly repair, quickly, efficiently, professionally. as a contractor myself, i fully understand the concept of proper customer service-- the guy nailed it!!!
