Alonzo, came out in the rain prepared to replace the Starter on my car, which I greatly appreciated. But, after making proper diagnosis he realized the issue was not with the Starter but with the AC compressor. My car started up after he looked under the hood and showed me what was actually causing the Issue. However he suggested that I not try to drive it until the AC compressor was replaced. I am “Thankful” that the car did not stop while I was driving. And, I am even more “thankful” that Alonzo showed me in real time, also explaining what the problem was. Had my first appt. through, yourmachanic.com, With Mr Arturo L, I think all went well with The service he preformed on my truck, left no mess, cleaned area being worked on before placing new parts back on vehicle, very easy to talk with about any issues with vehicle, and learned a few things about my vehicle, also he was able to fix a tough repair in the time allotted, I do have another issue that will need attention soon, and Mr Arturo told me some things I could check myself to narrow down what the problem (appreciate that) Could be before setting up another appointment (could only due one at a time), thank you Arturo.
