Alex came out and quickly identified a vacuum leak on my Ford Expedition while I was at work. He was very professional, informative, and helpful on the phone. After I fixed the vacuum leak myself, Alex continued to make himself available via text to give me very helpful advice on a number of misfire codes that appeared after I fixed the leak.
