This was my first time using YourMechanic and I am highly satisfied. Patrick was right on schedule. He was personable and knowledgeable as he had to explain to me that I had ordered the incorrect parts for my vehicle install and suggested some other options I could have gone with to prevent the mistake. He only charged me for the little work he had already started on before finding out about the incorrect parts I had ordered. I'm just looking for an honest and knowledgeable mechanic I can trust and Patrick made a great first impression and I plan on scheduling with him again once I have the correct parts delivered.

Luis is one of the most professional and courteous mechanics I have ever met. I decided to try YourMechanic when I needed a thermostat replaced quickly and I had the opportunity to have Luis work on my car. Not only was he timely, but he explained the processes involved in a detailed manner so that I didn't feel left in the dark.
