2005 Ford Freestar 130,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

After Pep Boys diagnosed my truck as needing a $1500 repair of replacing the fuel pump assembly , fuel pressure regulator , and fuel filter , I was very suspicious . I made an appoint with " your mechanic " . Carlos arrived right on time and conducted an initial trial of starting the truck . He decided to run a few tests and determined that the fuel pump and fuel system was fine . He saved me a small fortune and suggested that if it gave me trouble in the future , I should schedule a further analysis with "Your mechanic" .

Bill was wonderful. He was on time for scheduled appointment both times. He was honest about what repairs were needed and didn't try to upscale me on unnessesary work. He educated me about my vehicle and even helped me out with another issue while there. He took less time than was scheduled which was great . I'm very happy with services provided and my vehicle is back in business, running smooth w/o any issues . Mr. Brian explained in every detail how the front end system worked. And why I was getting the results I was getting .VS the new product and it's mechanicism. The workmanship after. Excellent working order. Steer became easier n why alignment is necessary as the next step. I rate Mr. Brian as 5 and beyond. He is great with customers.
